This
"Monster Boy" was built for a local ventriloquist.
I'm not sure if he calls him monster boy, but it sounded good
to me! His face, hands and feet were sculpted of clay and
then covered in paper-mache'. Oh in case I didn't mention
before the clay gets dug out. His body is sculpted from foam.
After head, hands, feet and body were painted I covered them
in clear spray on plastic. He has a hole in his back so you
can put your hand in head and mouth to manipulate him.
